Shipping times:

• Local orders of ready to ship items take 2 to 3 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1 business days.
• Due to the handmade nature of all the items in our shop, not ready to ship items may require 3 working days.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
• If needed we can ship with expedited mail, please contact us to define costs.

Shipping costs:

• Orders over 75 € will have free local (NL) shipping.
  
• Israeli customers pay local shipping  (35 ILS) until 31/12/2022, @LunaTLV will offer the difference.
• Orders over 320 € will enjoy free international shipping.
• All other orders will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 
  
  

Shipping destinations: Taxes and fees for non-European Union countries:

• International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy
• Customs duties and taxes are not included in the final price of our products.
• If you are ordering from a non-European Union country, please note that your shipment will go through customs and may be held. The final customer is responsible for claiming the entire shipment from the local customs authority, as well as bearing all costs related to customs clearance.
• Customs duties and clearance and possible import taxes are never supported by LunaTLV.

• We accept secure online payments through IDEAL.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.

• We also accept offline payments via direct bank deposit and BIT in Israel and Europe.

• Cash on Delivery is available in Utrecht.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

return policy does not apply to custom made orders and intimates.

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.

• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.

• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• For returns, please email lunatolove@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
